The Principal Goal Of This Programme Is To Develop Professional Knowledge, Attitudes And Skills Of The Participants. The Course Would Deal Comprehensively With All Aspects Of Special Needs Education.

• Applicants Who Have Already Completed A Diploma (Level 3 & 4) From The Ousl, Or
• National Diploma In Teaching (Special Education) Of The National College Of Education To Enroll In Level 5 Of The B.ed Hons (Snu) Degree Programme.
• Applicants Who Have Passed G.C.E. (A/L) Examination And Have Completed Trained
Teachers Certificate Programme In Special Education From National Institute Of Education Within 10 Years Period Of Time From The Effective Date To Enroll In Level 5 Of The Bedsne Degree Programme.
