To Celebrate Our 40th Anniversary Our Institute Is Delighted To Offer Our Shipping Community A Programme Leading To A Prestigious British Qualification, The Details Of Which Are Given Below.

We Are Pleased To Advise You That With Effect From The Next Intake In March, Our Shipping Course Will Consist Of 3 Levels Commencing With The Certificate In Logistics Services And  Multi Modal Transport ( Approved By Dgms Ministry Of Ports And Shipping ) Which Will Lead To A British Diploma In Maritime Management. 

This Certificate Course ( As The First Part ) Will Have 16 Modules With Lectures On Sunday Mornings With A Duration Of Approximately 4 Months.

Accordingly After Completing The Certificate Stage, Students Will Automatically Proceed To The Foundation Programme For The Uk Qualification. This Has 26 Modules Including The Above Certificate Course And Both Programmes Are Approximately Of 6 To 7 Months Duration, At Which Point There Will Be An Examination.
The Cost Of Both Programmes Would Be Rs.49,500/- Which Is Payable In 3 Instalments If Requested (*conditions Apply). Those Who Wish To Take This Facility Are Requested To Contact Us. 

The Diploma In Maritime Management (Uk) Has A Curriculum Of 4 Excellent And In Depth Modules + Around 60 Sub Modules, Which Provide A Very Comprehensive Knowledge Level To The Student. The Duration For This Diploma Segment Would Be Around 4 To 6 Months.

The Complete Programme From Certificate Level To Uk Diploma Will Have A Total Duration Of Around 11 To 12 Months.

The Certificate And Foundation Stage Course Fees ( Rs.49,500/- ) Can Be Paid Locally In 03 Cash Installments (*conditions Apply).
Students Who Take The Installment Facility Are Required To Complete The Full Course Fee Within 3 Months Of Registration. A First Installment Of Rs.20,000 Is Required To Be Paid At The Time Of Registration. 

Payments Could Also Be Made Through Selected Credit / Debit Cards Or Dfcc Credit Cards. 

Uk Registration Fees And Exam Fees For The Diploma Are Payable Later In Sterling Pounds. Local Tuition Fees ( To Be Announced ) For The Diploma Are Payable In Lkr.

The Lecture Venue Will Be At The Ladies College Institute Of Professional Studies, Colombo 03. Basically The Lectures Would Be Conducted Physically In The Classroom And Supported By Zoom Lectures If And When Necessary Due To The Pandemic Situation.
